Ian Bailey, Account Manager

Ian Bailey brings to Conservation Mechanical Systems, Inc. valuable experience needed in the HVAC Manufacturer’s Representative business. His experience combines practical field experience with extensive product knowledge and engineering skills.

Starting in 1985, Ian worked as an installing contractor followed by a position with a national plumbing supply company while taking business courses for advancement. His work experience also included working for an air balance company.

In 2000, he began his manufacturer’s representative career selling various commercial air conditioning products and has focused largely on AAON, Inc. in the last several years. By combining his contracting background with his sales ability, he has gained extensive knowledge of DDC controls, project management, and equipment selection.

Ian is excited to be joining the CMSI team because of a mutual commitment to represent top tier, energy efficient products in the San Francisco Bay Area market.

Ian joined CMSI in November 2010 as Account Manager.
